Students with utmost sincerity may feel free to come and stay with us at our Fully Residential Mentorship Facility (for a duration of even 1 month after prelims or an entire year, depending on their expectations and plans).

The Residential Coaching is being run by Mr. Arun Kumar (Civil Services- 1995, Ex- Commissioner (DI), Central Vigilance Commission) & Mrs. Ritu Jaiswal (Founder of Magnus IAS). Ritu Jaiswal is one of the most prolific and well-known Social Worker and Politician in Bihar and has won several prestigious awards, which include: Champions of Change Award (by the Honorable Vice President of India, Shri Venkaiah Naidu), Deen Dayal Upadhayay Panchayat Sashaktikaran Puraskar by the Ministry of Panachayati Raj, GOI, etc.

Arun Sir, took voluntary retirement from his job in 2017, after working in various departments (including UPSC, CVC, DOPT, MHRD) and established a one of a kind mentorship program for students. At our facility, the students live under the supervision of Arun Sir and other Faculty members (including Aryan Sir), Ms Aahana Saha, etc.

Here, students will find a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the preparation of Psychology Optional and even other GS Classes, Daily News Analysis sessions, etc. They get to attend the daily classes in person, talk to the faculty at almost any point of time, hone their skills of answer writing through various informal discussions, etc. The students also find the right environment and set-up by staying with other candidates of the same temperament, follow a set routine, get regular counselling and support.
